This cotton blend dress can’t wait for Spring. It’s so cute with pleated straps and both a deep U neck and back line. It has so many blue flowers printed on a white background, you can hardly find the white. It has an empire silhouette with a gathered bodice and although it’s a size 4 it measures a generous 17.75”14”20” and is 40” long with a kick pleat in back. Sweet.
