@jrbarbee52 no, the straps can’t be made short enough for a kid. I know because my daughter wanted me to do that for her 😂

Dang! Well, if you’re willing to let this go for a steal I’ll see if I can have a leather craftsman cut the straps to fit my daughter without compromising the integrity of the bag. I love Parker Clay and she would be thrilled to match the diaper bag I have for her baby brother.
