Cute Vintage (90s) Empire-Waist Short-Sleeve Brown Paysley-ish Dress - 8-10-S/M

This is a very cute and flattering, form-fitting dress with a sweet little tie, kind of empire waist top, and short sleeves. The pattern has a paisley vibe, but is more one of a kind, from what I have seen. So hard to part with to be honest, but it's time for a refresh. Brand tag was removed. Fits like a Small/Medium (8-10). This has some stretch, but armholes more small then medium imo. Measurements: - P2P: 16" - Waist: 14 inches (and there's some give beyond this.) - Top to bottom: 38" Material: Fabric tag removed. The fabric has some stretch/give (likely a poly/nylon/spandex blend) and feels soft and comfortable against the skin. Also, it's wrinkle-free, so great for traveling! Condition: The dress is in very good pre-loved condition - note there are some loose threads and a bit of fraying where the tag was removed. There are no stains or holes.
