Floral Wrap Dress with Ruffle Sleeves

Chic high-low wrap dress with floral pattern. Features ruffle sleeves and a tie waist. Perfect for any occasion. Purchased from Marshalls. I’m unable to find a size tag but it was listed as a large. It is in good condition. I never wore as it did not fit my chest areas The dress has thread loops to put the tie through, one of them is torn as shown in the picture. These are not needed for the dress though. Please let me know if you have any questions.
