It's new no tags had it packed away it's absolutely beautiful it's all wood it has orange lights that goes into the pumpkin in the back sit it on the counter r R if you're handy you could hang it up on your front door It's indoor and outdoor Look at the pictures and video It plugs in It is absolutely adorable n And it has 2 extra light bulbs And it stands up on its own it's even displayed in the kitchen it looks pretty I have one already but a few of them for the windows but never used them
