This dress is new with tags, might have some wrinkling with shipping. It is size small and made by Pretty Garden. It is made with 92% polyester and 8% elastane and machine washable. It measures 17" across at the bust, the hips measure 28 1/2" across and it is approximately 52 1/2" in length. It has a hidden zipper up the side. Very nice dress.
