Gray & Cream Polka Dot Skirt

Handmade gray and cream polka dot skirt. Please see photos for measurements! I estimated it’s about a 4-6, so marked it as a small. The waist does fit a bit small. Skirt is fairly full. Used, but in very nice condition still!
