Is technically two pieces, outer jacket and an insulation layer. Outer layer is nylon, inside is polyester, made in Taiwan/Malaysia. Vamoose brand jacket. Has adjustable wrist Velcro, and collar has a zipper for additional hood. Hood is NOT included. This set has SO MANY zippers.
