Vintage 1960s 1970s Handmade Long Vest Dress Skirt 2 piece Green Sleeveless

Lined Vest or dress and skirt ( Not sure they actually belong together, but they came to me that way so I'm sending them on together) colors are a beige linen-y base with green and yellow accents I think you could actually wear the long vest as a cool vintage dress, but that's me. Its not pleated, thats the way its hanging Estate find Sleeveless long vest/dress has large button front No material tag but it feels like a linen maybe with a polyester blend - heavier weight. Green muslin Lined lighterweight skirt is also handmade, hook and eye back close, with small back slit no idea what the fabric is, a blend likely I would dry clean or handwash No size tags so check measurements for fit. I would say the skirt is a S, and the vest dress is a S/M Approximate measurements: vest dress laying flat; top: 20 inches from armpit to armpit; has a very slight flare to 21 inches across near the bottom; 41 inches from top to bottom center back; skirt: 13.5 inches across waist, 28 inches from top to bottom down side Pre-owned - no obvous imperfections, keep in mind piece is handmade so there could be some. These have been stored and have that old clothing, slightly musty smell to them.
