Floral Off-Shoulder Dress

Off the shoulder floral dress from Divided, from H&M. The short sleeves are ruffled, as shown. There is smocking in the back and a strip that grips the chest in front. The sleeves sit higher on the arm than is shown on the mannequin, but she is skinny, so I had to clip it in the back.
