Tommy Hilfiger Sheer Black Blouse w/White Polka Dots, Size XS

This pretty blouse has many features. The fabric is 100% polyester and machine washable. The sleeves are sheer and the bodice is lined in black. There is a 2” bell ruffled hem on bottom of sleeves and ruffles down center of blouse with a 3” peep hole with a tie. Measurements are length 23.5”, pit to pit 17” and sleeves from top of blouse 22”.
