Melrose & Market black and white tank swing dress with ruffle detail

This dress is super flattering and flowy. The ruffle bottom makes adds an extra feminine detail. It’s in very good preloved condition, the only exception being that inside the straps where the stitches are the fabric is fraying slightly - see last photo. There is no inner tag so I’m not 100% on the composition. The fabric is super soft though. The straps are adjustable so the length can be changed a bit.
