Velvet-y look to fabric on chest/front. Soft and flowy. This is completely tagless so I don’t know size, fabric or brand. Based on measurements, I’m assuming it is a size small or medium; check measurements in photos to determine fit. It has at least 3 different types of fabric in its construction.
