loriloves2shop @jenniferhell500 the labels are engraved in metal and then glued on. I didn’t even realize it until I saw a blank spot. I have other bracelets in different colors exactly like this one and after examining them I saw that this one had fallen off. It’s on the inside so doesn’t affect the look. Let me know if you have any other questions.
