sherlocat Hi, I believe the helmeted figure on the ring is either Ares, the Greek god of brutal, bloodthirsty war: ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ares ) or Athena, the Greek goddess of strategic and intelligent warfare: ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Athena ) Apollo is not know to wear a helmet -- he is most commonly depicted with either a lyre harp, or a staff of healing.
