This is an original 1977 poster for Mel Brooks’ comedy “High Anxiety”. It starred Brooks along with Harvey Korman, Cloris Leachman and Madeline Kahn. It is a hilarious spoof of Alfred Hitchcock movies. This poster is folded as it was sent to movie theaters back then and has no pinholes or tape residue so I don’t think it was ever used. It s in very good condition for its age (48 years) with some fold wear and light creasing from storage (see photos) as well as the number ‘23’ written in ink in the bottom right corner. The poster measures 27x41 inches, the standard size known as a ‘One Sheet’. The NSS number 770156 in the lower right corner indicates that the poster was the 156th movie in 1977 that the National Screen Service printed promotional materials for.
