Penguin Pendant, 2 sided, articulated, silver & gold tones 70's

This little guy is quite diverse. His head, feet and head move & one side he has a scarf & the other just shows his tummy. There may have been a stone in the bottom.The flippers & feet are gold tone. I can't find any markings so I don't know the metal content but I have never polished it.He is 1.5" tall not including the loop and bezel. I can find similar for sale elsewhere but none quite like this guy! I do know that I purchased it in the 70's in an antique store so no telling when he was born. 19.07 grams total weight.
