Ruby Rox Black and White Strapless Dress

This dress is a stand out with a thick wide black satin sash that ties in the back. It has a double row of white crinoline underneath the skirt. As seen in picture 8, there is a faint stain underneath the dress that isn't visible and I'm going to try to get out before storing. I don't think it will be difficult and it can't be seen, anyway.
