Black vintage cocktail off the shoulder style dress with sleeves that are just past the elbows, size 4, inside shoulder has reinforcement strip so it’s more secure, pit to pit is 14inch with some stretch, length is 39inches. I really love this dress but haven’t had the opportunity to wear it. Bought second hand. Good condition.
