Anthropologie one shoulder buckle strap maxi dress. Size M. Vibrant blue color, flowy, flattering and very comfortable. Material is silky but has some weight so that it sashays beautifully. Worn 3x it is in excellent condition. Can be dressed up or down, beachy or cocktail party style. I am 5’3” and wore with flats and heels and it did not drag on the floor with either.
