NWT Vintage 1990's Hand Painted Ceramic Picture Frame for oval photo 3.5" x 5". This charming, colorful double handled vase or lidded jar-shaped Frame has never been used but has a few minor condition issues from being in storage for many years, please see pics: there is a spot on top that was chipped that has been touched up with green; small spot on handle that may or may not be manufacturer paint blemish; glass insert has multiple chips along edge, but these are all concealed by lip of Frame and not seen when assembled; back has some blemishes including where it was "shaved" to make it easier to close. Frame has two swing tabs for easy access to insert photo. Super cute! Apprx 4.75" x 8"
