unicornmom1976 Are these new or used? Is the elastic in the waist still in tact versus being stretched out?

kaylahaire310 @unicornmom1976 I bought them used thinking they would fit close to a fitted XL that I have in my closet already. They are too loose on me but I do think they would fit true to plus size. I could try and get a closer pic of the stretch for you tomorrow.
