Handmade by a mama in the US with a small shop. Waistband is a soft and stretchy double brushed poly (legging fabric) faux pink glitter. Skirt is a white tulle layered over a Frozen woven cotton glitter fabric. Big full circle! Gently loved, no tears or stains.
