KEMPER snow pants

Kemper brand, gunmetal/grey color, sleek and minimalist snow pants. Worn a number of times in the snow and for outdoor, cold-weather activities. Not too baggy or bulky; wears well and comfortably with layers underneath. Both sides of the pants—the inner lining and the outer material—are smooth and soft to the touch. EUC. However, please note that there is a section on the right-side butt area where there are noticeable grease-looking marks/stains that might have come from sitting or falling on something (review the second to last photo for reference); I’ve tried soaking the area with detergent and gently scrubbing the marks, but those dark stains remain. Regardless of this or any other minor flaws, these pants are already washed/cleaned and ready to be shipped. Approximate measurements are shown in a few of the pictures. I have loved wearing these but letting them go only because they no longer fit me (too small). Additional details (measurements, laid flat): INSEAM = approximately 29 in.
