Hi @cruise_girl - From shoulder seem to bottom skirt hem is 39" (knee length. From side seem to side seem in the "under the bust" section is 17" across. The bust section itself is hard to measure because of the plunge and the open arm holes. So that measurement will vary. The fabric is stretchy for a flexible fit and no wrinkles!
