Comes with 2 extra pearls. (This isn't standard. I had to replace one of the pearls so I purchased the pearls direct from NK in London. I purchased 3 so I'm including the 2 extra in case one ever comes off for the future owner of these fabulous beauties.) Please note that Nicholas Kirkwood is no longer making shoes so these will not be around for long. They were originally $540.00. The nose starts to turn up at the end which gives them that witch's shoe look that I love.
