Oscar De La Renta signature sportcoat

This is a beautiful grey/navy blue houndstooth 100% wool sportcoat by Oscar De La Renta. It has a very deep lapel, and is very well made. I do not see any flaws upon visual inspection. The tag says 46R, but please see measurements below.
