I bought this for my 94 yr old mom. Unfortunately I did not ask for measurements bc she’s always a size M in Jcrew. However, I have listed as an XS bc I am an Xs and it fits me! Too small for her. It’s not “shrunk” so no tightening of the fibers. The PTP measures 17.5” across and the center length from back ne k measures 21.5” I have listed it for less than I paid.
