This is a vintage, Scott McClintock, halter neck blue sparkly evening gown, prom dress, formal dress. The brand is Scott McClintock, Millennium 2000. This dress is covered in blue sparkly hand beaded glitter, with a built in corset top and zipper back. Halter top with 2 real buttons on the back. This is an adult size 10 petite, pictured on a size small mannequin. I would say this runs more like a modern size 4-6. See measurements. It has stretch. Note: this dress has a lot of discoloration on the front of the neckline, and where the buttons are on the back. It also has discoloration spots on the skirt, visible in the photos But the discolored areas which are reddish blend really well and it looks like it is part of the dress.
