Vintage 70s Pincord Western Prairie Ruffle Maxi Dress

Excellent preowned vintage condition, missing one belt loop string. Stunning vintage piece, made of 100% cotton pincord corduroy. The belt gives it a western feel, but that could easily be switched out. Labeled as a 9/10, I’m modeling it and I wear a 4 and it fits perfect (there is no stretch though). Elastic around wrists and waist. Has pockets. 18.5” armpit to armpit 12” across waist 19” sleeves 49” top of shoulder to bottom 13.5” zipper down the left side
