Armpit to Armpit-17.5" Waist- 29" Hip-42" Armpit to hem-47" This gorgeous crushed satiny cocktail dress is a deep navy. It has spaghetti straps embellished with satiny leaves and flowers wirh beaded centers. The liner and the outer dress are joined at the hem to create a puffed hem. The skirt has sewn-in, criss-crossed elastic casing, which also creates a puffed effect. There are 2 small mended spots. One is at the bottom of a side seam, the other is on the hem. See pics.
