Gorgeous rare vintage Y2K (around 2001-2002) Lip Service Los Angeles animal print mini skirt. A velvety soft, fuzzy texture adds extra flare. Size medium on tag but closes to modern small, best for US 4 based on measurements. Original owner, I bought this for a Jungle themed party in college. I may have worn it once in last 20+ years.
