Vintage 1970s 1980s Dress, Joseph Magnin Maxidress, Primary Color Florals Halter

Striking maxi dress circa the 1970s or 1980s. Black with a abstract floral print in primary colors of red green and yellow with white. Double knit poly. Label reads: Joseph Magnin. There is a size tag and I *think* it reads small and that seems about right to me, or perhaps extra small, but do please see measurements. Please note the zipper does work well, this was just too small to zip up fully on my dress form. Near mint vintage condition. Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at waist and hip. Armpit to armpit across bust: 31: at rest to about 33: stretched Waist: 24" to 29" empire, right under bust Hip: 38" to 45" Armpit to bottom hem: 45" Please note: These are vintage, preworn and/or preloved items.
