The Loewe Flamenco bag is predicted by Vogue to be one of the “hottest” new bags for 2025 (see copy of Vogue page). I purchased this NWT luxurious burgundy Flamenco nappa calfskin leather clutch in size medium in late 2024 from France when Loewe and other US stores were sold out of this size and color. I knew it would be popular and practical, so I wanted to have a new/unused/giftable one for my customers. The exterior and interior of this bag are pristine. The bag has a magnetic top closure, but it can also be closed by ruching/gathering the top, using the side knotted leather handles. The interior is lined with beige suede. The exterior has the name LOEWE embossed in gold. This handbag comes with both the gold tone “donut” chain for a handle or over the shoulder use, as well as an adjustable rolled leather strap for over the shoulder or crossbody use. Both straps are detachable so the bag may be used as a clutch. The Flamenco bag was introduced by Loewe in the 1980s and was redesigned by creative director Jonathan Anderson in 2015 to feature a ruched or “Flamenco skirt” effect. The bags are made of the softest nappa calfskin, so are exceptionally supple and lightweight, designed to be easy to carry by hand, over the shoulder or crossbody. This bag comes with two dust bags—one for the bag itself and a very small one for the chain strap. When flattened, it packs especially easily for travel.
