Large vintage Art Deco floral ceramic Pedestal base vases with scalloped sides. They are unmarked but have same patterns used by E & R American Ware so I made my best guess. Have a look of two vases together. Ivory ceramic. Mid-century modern styling; likely 1950's era or earlier. Very pretty colorful floral transferware design with bouquet of Spring or Summer flowers. First vase is apprx 7-3/4" tall and 4-7/8" wide. Second is Apprx 8" tall and 5-1/8" wide. Some crazing/cracking in glaze. Nice used condition. Large chip on base of larger vase, crack in side. Still beautiful, usuable pieces, either for display or as an active vase-- I used them myself for years and loved them well. Some very small discolorations in ivory, I think dirt smudges that wouldn't clean off. May be under the glaze. Unique, lovely additions to any collection!
