Shoulder to Shoulder is approximately 18”, Armpit to Armpit is approximately 20” and Base of the collar to the. Hem is approximately 33.5”. It is a small men’s but it can fit a woman. Size Medium. The quality is superior. I consider this a unisex coat! It would fit a woman’s medium. Questions please ask.
