Francesca’s Tie Shoulder Jumpsuit

I have a NWT Francesca’s tie shoulder jumpsuit. I ordered it online and didn’t like it. I missed the return window. I paid $40. Asking $28 to recoup some of my loss. The winkles are from being folded in this shopping bag. Has pockets and is adorably cute.
