This tulle skirt is handmade purchased from a boutique in Austin texas. It has a beautiful lining with golden flowers. The picture and light don't really justify the skirt. The wrinkles will go immediately away when steamed. The size is XS-S because the band is elastic and allows for strecth, please refer to the last pictures for measurements.
