Vintage Steppin’ Out black ruched bodice with puffy skirt mini dress size 7

Very good vintage condition with only visible flaw being a small rip on the bottom of skirt on the left side. Not really visible when being worn. Tagged as a vintage 7 (junior sizes) but please refer to measurements for best fit. Pit to pit-13.5 Waist-11.5 ( there is stretch on the back, all the elastic is still good) Length-35
