What fabric is this? What is the condition, used? Stains? Pulls or tears?

@tinasuccess the dress was worn once for a wedding. The condition is brand new basically. There are no pulls, stains or anything wrong with the fabric/dress. The fabric is 100% polyester and the liner of the dress is 97% polyester.
