The waist of skirt laying flat with elastic band in back of skirt is 14 inches. The length is about 36 inches.
From top of bust to bottom (middle) is 8.5 inches and from armpit to bottom is about 6 inches. It has elastic very stretchy and adjustable tie straps.
The of top is about 15 inches wide
