This adorable top is has a unique shape and hemline and with all the ruffles, you’ll want to keep twirling. The pattern is kind of an abstract floral watercolor. So pretty, lightweight and loose fit. Good condition except there are a few pin holes near the bottom front, see last picture. Not very noticeable from a normal distance.
