Very cute party dress. Strapless with a sweetheart neckline and a full skirt. Very cute bow details at the chest. In excellent condition this dress is vintage Betsy Johnson from the late 2000s. Cute Y2K style and bows at the chest give it a coquette look. The dress is very well made with high quality materials. Perfect for a wedding guest, prom, dance, black tie event, or any formal party!
