The wear is not noticeable when wearing & does not affect function of the drawstring at the legs. These are lined, grayish white color The waist elastic is in tact as well as the strings at the hems. Price is quite firm as I’m only selling them because my ideal size is 4 such I also own. I have these as a backup. Waist: 14” rise: 9” Inseam: 33”
