Tiffany & Co Elsa Peretti Sterling Silver Heart-Shaped Belt Buckle Made in Italy - Vintage. Belt is stamped “Peretti Tiffany & Co Italy 1978 Sterling” with a 925 Stamp. PLEASE NOTE!: Silver has wear including some scratches - some of this may be removable with silver polish but I have not tried (and so it may not be). The description includes several pictures that show clear examples of this. In different light at different angles you may see others as this is silver and reflects differently in different light at different angles. It is a vintage piece and has wear.
