Larry Demetric Johnson, also known as “Grandmama”, is a former professional basketball player and NBA legend. The power forward played for the New York Knicks and the Charlotte Hornets throughout his 10-year career. In 1991–92, he won the NBA's rookie of the year award while playing for the Hornets.
