This NWOT three-pouch black coated leather adjustable belt bag was purchased for a trip that never happened. Our loss is your gain! The waist is adjustable from approximately 27.5" to 40". The two largest pouches have double zippers! The main pouch measures approximately 9"x5.5"x2.25". The back pouch measures about 9"x5" with a small double zipper of about 5.25". Can fit a 6.5" x 3" cell phone. Front pouch measures approximately 4.5" x 3.5". Belt is adjustable.
