Very pretty navy and white patterned skirt by Talbots. Size is an 8P. The skirt has a zipper in the back. The skirt measures approximately 19” long and approximately 15.5” across at the waist. The fabric is 98% cotton and 2% spandex. Great condition from smoke and pet free home.
