This jacket is new with tags and it comes from a smoke free home. The fabric is 97% polyester and 3% elastin. This jacket is fully lined. It is size 12, it measures of approximately 22 inches from armpit to armpit, 10 1/2 inches from the armpit to the end of the sleeve and 24 1/2 inches from the shoulder to the bottom of the jacket.
