stazer40 @tlyharrison Hi on alot of the Bark toys I received the tags were marked as medium (20lbs-50lbs) I have one dog that is between 20-30lbs and my other dog is a pitbull and she weighs over 70lbs. but she had no interest in those type of toys.... she prefers the little stuffed animal toys😅 go figure. but I would say probably not for a very small dog unless it likes bigger, harder toys. hope that helps
